Bake Affair Spelt Semolina

The fine, light spelt semolina by Stöber Mühle can be used just like wheat semolina in a variety of dishes, for example:

• For soups and soup garnishes (semolina dumplings)
• For homemade pasta
• For desserts such as semolina pancakes, semolina casserole or semolina porridge
• For bread, waffles and other baked goods

Spelt semolina has a delicate nutty taste which gives dishes a very special touch. Spelt is more nutritious than wheat and contains more trace elements and minerals, such as silica and is richer in fibre.
