This mountain cheese is allowed to mature for 6 months and develops an intense taste and aroma. The exquisite flavour makes it a superb addition to a cheese platter. Its aromas range from fresh hay to peanuts and passion fruit. Mild notes of buttermilk and cake delight the nose.
- The cheese is best enjoyed when served between 10 to 15°C - take it out of the refrigerator two hours before serving.
This product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
