This Emmentaler cheese has a fine nutty flavour and a strong savoury taste. Aromas of buttermilk and boiled potatoes unfold on the palate. It is matured for 6 months and is perfect for platters of cold cuts or cheese.

Tip:

• This cheese is best enjoyed at temperatures between 10 to 15°C - so take the cheese out of the refrigerator two hours before serving.

This product is lactose-free and is made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
