The taste of this hard cheese is reminiscent of fresh hay, peanuts and passion fruit. Maturing for 3 to 6 months creates a wonderful, spicy, mild aroma. Made from 100% GMO-free hay milk.

Consume at: 10 - 15 ° C (take out of the refrigerator at least 2 hours before eating)
