The Zillertal mountain cheese is characterized by its varied nuances of fresh hay, peanuts and passion fruit. The fine scent of biscuit, light caramel and buttermilk is particularly tantalising. Unique specialties are created here, in the heart of Tyrol, and produced according to strict guidelines - without additives.
