This fermented vinegar is matured in oak barrels and mixed with spring water, forest honey, rosemary, juniper, rosemary and juniper berries. The shredded herbs are carefully selected for the vinegar.

All kinds of dishes can be refined with this herbal vinegar. It also serves as an alcohol-free alternative to an aperitif or diluted with water and enjoyed as a purifying drink.
