Kamarg backpacks are Austrian classics that stand for true workmanship and the highest quality. In contrast to many other products, Kamarg backpacks are designed for lifelong use. Sustainability is consistently implemented: a Kamarg backpack will accompany you for decades and can be repaired several times, if necessary. Ultimately, this not only benefits your wallet but also the environment.

In the 1950s and 1960s, the Kamarg, which was developed in Graz in 1949 for mountaineers and adventurers, enjoyed great popularity. Thanks to their outstanding quality, many of these original models are still in use.

The backpack has a capacity of 12.2 l suitable for a 15 "notebook, thick books and hearty snacks. Despite its compact dimensions, the Kamarg offer sufficient space for your essential bits and bobs. At only 480 g, it is a real lightweight that is extremely comfortable to wear. It is equipped with a special load-carrying system that distributes the weight evenly, which in turn provides a comfortable fit.

The design of the Kamarg is based on the original from the 1950s. Kamarg uses sail fabric in the new-edition backpacks that is water-repellent which makes it even more practical than its predecessor. Months of prototype testing were performed in the region around Salzburg and Munich.
