The Bier-Manufaktur is not only dedicated to beer brewing but since 2003 also enjoys the excellent production of its own whiskeys. Among them is the speciality Bio BRISKY:

• LAVA BRISKY is a single painter.
• It is prepared according to a sophisticated formula with the infusion mash method as a mixture of purified and fermented seasonings, both bottom-fermented and top-fermented.
• This process, which is unique in the world, ensures a very smooth and harmoniously fruity taste in a class of its own.
• The true essence of the intensive mash is accomplished by the noble distillery Lagler.
• The BRISKY is matured to perfection in oak barrels.
• The barrique gives the auspicious essence of delicate vanilla flavours balanced in the BRISKY with the fruity notes of malt.
