My Herbs Dried Wild Thyme

Compared to its well-known domesticated cousins commonly grown in gardens everywhere, the aroma of wild thyme is more finely balanced. It goes particularly well with fish and meat dishes or in Mediterranean cuisine.

This wild thyme, occurring naturally in Austrian alpine meadows, is carefully harvested by hand. It is then gently dried and coarsely chopped. Since every part of the plant contains unique aromas, its flowers, leaves and finely chopped stems are all highly valued - a special herb to add flavour to your dishes.

Please keep dry and store in a dark place.
