• 10 giant sunflower seeds (Latin Helianthus annuus Titan)
• 1 compostable coconut pot
• 1 coconut fibre pellet
• 1 planting guide

Cultivation:
Preculture in the coconut pot: Soak the coconut pellet in the coconut pot with lukewarm water, press 1-2 seeds approx. 1 cm into the coconut substrate and keep them regularly moist (not wet) until germination. Add natural fertiliser immediately after germination. From the end of April to the beginning of June you can plant the seedlings with the coconut pot directly in the garden or in a larger container.
Sow outdoors: Best between late April and early June, press the seeds approx. 1 cm deep into the soil and keep them regularly moist until germination.

• Water a lot and fertilise every 2 weeks
• Sow pre-culture in the pot: March - April
• Sow directly outdoors: late April - early June
