Obsthof Glanz-Pöltl Steirercider

Cider is a well known and popular cult drink in Austria. Typically it is imported from England, Ireland and France! This is a shame because the apple country in Styria has plenty of high quality fruit, and fine growing conditions to offer. With this in mind, the Styrian Cider was born.

Years of experience in producing quality wine and juice made the perfect background for getting this cider project started. The STEIRERCIDER is the result!

The STEIRERCIDER reflects the sophistication of our apples in a sparkling form. With a 3.8% alcohol by volume and a refreshingly lively flavor it is the perfect summer drink! The aim is to show the domestic market, that does not need to rely on imported products, but that regional resources are also here!
