QimiQ Cream Base

This cream base from QimiQ with 57% less fat is gluten-free and ideal for warm dishes and for sweet cake toppings, such as the chocolate bundt cake. Creamy soups, sauces and other savoury warm dishes can be made quickly and easily. It is a natural product made from 97% Austrian cream and 3% starch!

How to use:

• When used in a gratin, no cooking is required beforehand. Simply combine the QimiQ cream base with the desired ingredients and pour over the dish
• When using it for soups & sauces, the QimiQ cream base is added with all the other ingredients and mixed. No additional starches or thickeners required!

Durability :

• Stable for at least 12 months unopened at room temperature
• Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 to 4 days
• German packaging!
