Description

With the gluten-free cream base "Whip Konditorcreme" from QimiQ, cream fillings for cakes as well as other sweet and savoury fillings are quick and easy to whip up. It is made from real Austrian cream does not require any additional gelatine!

Easy to use:

  1. Cut the package open completely.
  2. Pour cold QimiQ Whip into a cold mixing bowl.
  3. Whip QimiQ Whip to the desired volume.
  4. Add any desired ingredients.
  5. Then continue to beat until the desired consistency is reached.

Shelf life:

  • Stays fresh for at least 12 months unopened at room temperature
  • Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 to 4 days
