Radatz Käsekrainer sausages have been delighting sausage fans for over 40 years with their hearty, savoury taste! The sausage specialty is refined with aromatic hay milk Emmental cheese, which melts gently when heated. The popular delicacy is made in Vienna. The sausages are smoked over beechwood giving them a very special aroma.

Perfect for grilling and pan-frying.

Tip: The Käsekrainer are best grilled on a platter or fried in a pan, as this collects the creamy Emmentaler and the melting cheese becomes deliciously crispy. Rest for 3 minutes before serving for the full flavours to develop.
