Schnitzstub'n Peitler Game "Shut the Box"

The aim of this entertaining game is to shut all the doors. Any number of players can play.

Instructions:

The first player rolls two dice. The sum of the dice corresponds to the doors that can be closed. It is possible to close 1, 2 or 3 doors at the same time. The player continues to roll the dice for as long as he/she still has open doors. (The player is allowed to continue rolling only 1 dice once the points of the open doors amount to 6 or less). The number on the dice must correspond to that of the open door. A door cannot be closed if this is not the case. The sum of the open doors are is marked as penalty points. Repeat the round with the next player. The game is often played with 5 to 10 rounds, or more. The player who has the fewest penalty points wins.
