Could you even imagine a juicy steak without garlic butter? Whip up your own in no time with this traditional blend. Deliciously mature California garlic is combined with smoked paprika, pepper and parsley for a harmonious taste experience.
The seasoning mix is versatile and is ideally suited as a basis for dips, sauces and dressings that need an intense garlic note. It can also be used for seasoning grilled meat, meat and vegetables.
How to make Garlic Butter:
- Beat the butter until fluffy, then heat up the spice blend with a little water in a small saucepan. When the spices are warm stir them into the frothy butter. Pour into a mould and chill.
It is best to make a larger amount and freeze the butter in portions. Ice cube trays make for great storage of individual pats! You can also use a piping bag to dispense the whipped butter.
