This well-balanced spice blend refines both Indian curries and dishes from Asian or African cuisine.

Cooking tip: Gently roast the curry spice mix in a little oil at a low temperature until the spices get fragrant. This is the best way for the flavours to develop. Then add the other ingredients and liquids. Warning: if the heat is too high, the spices will burn and taste bitter!
