Description
Pulled pork is one of the trendiest foods at the moment! The pork is slow cooked until it almost melts in your mouth, which means you need to invest a little time in cooking it. Use this specially developed and fine-tuned dry marinade to ensure great flavour for your dish. Garlic, peppers and chillies ensure an intensely aromatic taste. First rub your cut of meat with mustard, then rub again with "Pulled Pork Barbecue Rub". Next let it rest in an airtight container and cook in a smoker or in the oven.
Variant: "Injection":
- Mix melted butter and this spice preparation and inject the mixture into the meat using a BBQ syringe. Barbecue experts who are keen to experiment with injecting are also advised to try mixing the spice with apple juice, beer, whiskey or gin.
