Weingut Frauwallner Weissburgunder VStmk. DAC 2018

This young, classically developed Pinot Blanc impresses with incredible harmony and inspires with the first sip. A very juicy yellow pear fruit in the glass, paired with some orange notes and the varietal hazelnut. The animating, but rather mild acidity carries the wine to a soothing finish. The charming, very subtle fruit sweetness completes the whole picture. A multi-layered Burgundy, which is already quite favourable for this quality.

Goes well with chicken or simply as a reward after a hard day's work.
