A representative, rather light Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria with a wonderful depth of fruit - it perfectly reflects the region.

In the glass there is a lot of elegance. The wine is very clear, juicy and great fun to drink. Some gooseberries and elderflower blossoms with a delicate flavour. The fine acidity supports these very well. Rather quiet and delicate, dry and wonderfully mature with a medium finish. It's difficult not to reach for the second glass.

Pairs well with vegetarian or spicy Asian dishes. Especially fantastic on warmer days.
