Weingut Peter Skoff Welschriesling SüdStmk DAC 2021

Between us, we are not huge fans of Welschriesling. However, this young wine was a great discovery and instantly impressed us.

It's a wine that fits perfectly into everyday life, as if made to enliven the first rays of sunshine on a terrace or in the garden. Light, crisp and juicy, with perfectly supporting acidity (not too high) and above all great fruit. Citrus and yellow apples say hello on the first sip, immediately calling for another. It's a lot of fun in the glass, without any compromise on quality.

Add a crunchy salad or a snack and life is good!
