At last! The Junker is here!

The Styrian Junker is a harbinger of the new vintage and is made from grapes that are harvested early. It is a white wine cuvee made from the Müller Thurgau and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. It s is fresh and youthful with a taste of grapes and notes of apple and pear. Balanced, juicy and light on the palate, the fresh acidity is bright and easy to drink. It goes well with a platter of cured meats and cheese as well as light autumn cuisine.
