Description
Here, not only is the colour fresh, but also the taste. The intense colour of blueberry ganache is created without any added colourants due to a complement of fresh blueberries. Together with the refreshing cream of lemons and white chocolate, a sensational treat is created, which is completed by a thin layer of white chocolate and finally a dark bitter chocolate cover.
