This noble dark chocolate is filled with the Salzberg-Beerenauslese, a fruity blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. Made by the most famous winemaker in Austria, Gernot Heinrich. Refined with pieces of raisins that have also been soaked in wine.
