This organic raspberry jam by DOSPA is handmade according to a traditional recipe in the monastery of the Deutschordensschwestern (Order of Teutonic Sisters) in Friesach, Carinthia. It is not industrially produced but it is made according to the rare and refined nearly 250-year-old recipes of the nuns. The order's history goes back over 800 years, and yet the production is small-scale and exclusive. Try this jam with organic fruits for yourself!
