Description
Ashwagandha is a commonly used component in Ayurveda and is also referred to as "Indian ginseng". The roots for this powder are sourced from certified organic farming and are gently ground. The powder is free from additives and fillers. This means that the product is natural and all the valuable properties and essences are retained.
Suggested dose:
- Stir ashwagandha powder into liquid such as milk or milk substitutes (oat, spelt or almond drinks), or add it to a smoothie or food such as muesli.
- Initially, take no more than 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha a day.
