Description

These sausages are made form 100% local beef. The fine meat is seasoned with a specially developed BBQ spice mixture. This interesting spice composition features a bold, flavourful and slightly smoky note. A must for barbecue fans, these sausages were awarded the Gold Medal by the DLG in 2020!

Preparation:

Cook on a medium-hot grill or in a lightly greased frying pan on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. The sausages should be turned until they have a light tan colour on all sides.
