Description
The finest olives from Andalusia are used to make this aromatic olive oil by Gölles Manufaktur. The sun-ripened olives develop a wonderful aroma and each variety has its own unique characteristics. Arbequina olives have a fruity and slightly spicy taste whereas the Picual and Hojiblanco varieties tend to be bitter and sharp.
The delicious olive oil tastes great with fish, meat, vegetables, pasta and salads. The oil can also be combined with many types of vinegar.
