Description

Quince is a highly aromatic fruit. The tart fruitiness of this vinegar is especially suitable for marinating root vegetables such as turnips or adding flavor to hearty stews and sauces. The flavor works well with asparagus and chicory.

Sauerkraut baked apples
Core apples and fill the with sauerkraut and chopped nuts. Roast the apples in the oven, then drizzle with quince vinegar. This dish goes well with wild game.
