My Herbs Blue Mallow Tea

People have treasured the mallow since ancient times and it has been an important component in traditional herbal medicine. In some countries, the infusion from their dried flowers is part of the daily tea routine.

The infusion has an intense, delicately tart taste with a slightly sour note. This single-variety tea achieves a beautiful bluish tinge when infused - a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds!

The manufacturer recommends 1-2 teaspoons per cup for preparation. Pour hot water at 80 degrees, cover and let stand for at least 5 to 8 minutes. Suitable for a second infusion.

Store cool and dry.
