Description
This weight gainer is a protein-carbohydrate mixture with vitamins and minerals. The Gainer can be used as a snack or as a meal replacement.
Delivers quick, long-lasting energy and supports those athletes who have an increased energy requirement due to long training sessions.
Recommended dosage:
- Add 2 tablespoons (about 30 g) to 250 ml of water, soy milk or skimmed milk. As a meal replacement, drink before and after training best suited. The dose should not be exceeded.
