Description
Fleckerl is a popular pasta shape in Austria and can be served in a variety of dishes. It is made with the finest ingredients such as organic eggs from free-range Austrian hens, organic durum wheat semolina and water from the Karwendel nature reserve. The packaging is made of 100% paper and is sustainable.
Fleckerl pasta is wonderful as an accompaniment with meat or fish dishes. Also delicious with vegetarian dishes.
Preparation: Take 1 litre water per 100 g pasta in a large pot and bring to the boil. Cook the organic pasta for about 6 minutes for an al dente texture, stirring often. Serve warm.
