The Nouvelle series combines modern design with an exciting mix of materials. While the casseroles and pots feature elegant stainless steel handles, the frying pan is equipped with an ergonomic plastic handle for precision and comfort. The high-quality glass lids are also perfect for keeping an eye on the contents while cooking - without opening the lid.
Technically, the set excels with its heavy-duty steel heat-storage base. Paired with the superior thermal conductivity of enamel, heat is distributed rapidly and evenly right up to the rim - significantly reducing energy consumption. From induction and gas to open fire, this robust cookware can be used on any hob.
