SAINT CHARLES N°22 - Hemp - Lemon Balm Tea

The Lower Austrian hemp leaves from the Waldviertel (Forest Quarter), which are harvested on sunny days, are transported to specially ventilated drying plants where they are gently dried at low temperatures. During this special process, all oils obtained from the medicinal plant remain particularly well preserved. These, like lemon balm, are said to have a calming and relaxing effect. Lemon balm refines the taste with its minty notes. The tea is well suited for the evening to ensure a comfortable and relaxed end to a busy day.

Preparation:

• Add 1 - 2 teaspoons to hot water and leave to brew for 5 - 8 minutes.

• Store tightly closed in a dry place.
