Description
Beluga lentils are a true delicacy and taste delicious in a variety of dishes. The exquisite taste of this lentil variety is much sought-after by gourmets. A big plus is that they don't need to be soaked before cooking which saves a lot of time.
They can be harvested as soon as the pods turn brown and the seeds have hardened. At the latest, they should be harvested when the first pods burst open and then threshed in a bag or sieve. The organic seeds are regionally sourced and sustainably packaged in grass paper.
