Description
German packaging: BIO Borretsch
Borage is not only beautiful to look at, it also serves as a valuable source of food for bees and naturally repels snails.
Both the flowers and the leaves of this plant are edible and have a pleasant cucumber-like taste. The young leaves should be harvested before flowering. They are ideal for sauces, pickled gherkins, cucumber and leafy salads and can also be frozen. The flowers can also be dried.
