Samen Maier Organic "Dekan" Cucumbers

This cucumber can be used fresh or used to make pickles. It has a light green peel with white stripes and grows up to 17 cm long. It is very productive and resistant to mildew diseases.

Be careful not to sow the cucumbers in pots too early or transplant them too early. If two real leaves have formed, they can be planted, but do not plant outdoors before mid-May. When the seedlings have three to four leaves, pile soil up around them up to the fifth leaf. This allows the fruit-bearing tendrils to develop better. Water the cucumbers in the morning and use stagnant water if possible.
