These slightly spicy and flavourful radish sprouts taste best raw on bread or mixed into salads. Just rinse for a short time before use. You can also sprinkle the sprouts into sauces and soups. The decorative sprouts look great and taste great!

• Grow all year round in sprout dishes
• Germination temperature: approx. 20 ° C
• Harvest the sprouts: after 5-6 days
• Harvest the microgreens: after 8-10 days

Growing instructions for sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.

Instructions for microgreens:

• Sow the seeds as evenly as possible in a bowl with soil and keep them moist. The seeds are watered thoroughly at least once a day (especially over the first few days). Only harvest the leaves or stems, do not eat the roots.
