This medium grain rice is polished and takes about 30 minutes to cook. It is perfect as a side dish but can be used to make risotto and other rice dishes as well. Wash the rice before well before cooking to prevent it from becoming sticky.

- Risotto: 1 part rice and 3 to 4 parts liquid
