Welcome to the fruity world of STAUD's! The blue honeysuckle berry (Lonicera caerulea) originally from Siberia, goes by many names including honeyberry, sweetberry honeysuckle and fly honeysuckle. They have a sweet-tart aroma and mildly sour taste that is perfectly preserved in this fruit spread by STAUD's which contains 1/3 leass sugar than conventional recipes. The finely strained texture is perfect as a spread, filling or just to enjoy by the spoonful.
