A potpourri of five pepper varieties makes this mixture so extraordinary. It is lemony, fruity-sweet, and pleasantly spicy due to the harmonious blend of Szechuan pepper, Cubeb pepper, black pepper and green Malabar pepper.
The full-bodied, intensively and universally applicable spice is perfect for steak, fish and chicken, vegetables and salad. It is absolutely perfect for pepper sauces!
Tip for the perfect pepper steak:
- Sauté the meat, then season it and drizzle olive oil or herbal butter over it. Then finish cooking the steak at a low temperature and let it rest briefly. This allows the best properties of the spices to develop without letting the spices burn.
