But top chef Roland Trettl successfully mastered the challenge and created the Stay Spiced! Curry HE - EDITION. Classic curry ingredients such as turmeric, fenugreek, cinnamon, ginger and chillies form a balanced combination with unusual ingredients such as beetroot and hibiscus.
The HE - EDITION curry can be used to season both Indian and Thai curries. The fruity, mildly spicy aroma harmonises equally well with meat, fish and vegetables.
Tip: An exciting combination of flavours is also possible with fruits such as mango or papaya. Try it!
About Roland Trettl: The top chef, who was born in Bolzano, is known to many from his appearances on TV. But even before television discovered this talanted chef, he had long been a shining star in the catering industry. Eckart Witzigmann's former protégé was executive chef at the famous Ikarus restaurant in Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg from 2003 to 2013.
