Description
Nigella, also known as black cumin, enriches this bread spice with its complex bouquet of flavours: nutty, subtly hot and spicy. The taste differs significantly from caraway, which is also included in the mixture. In addition, there are other typical bread spices such as fennel, anise and coriander.
