This harmoniously balanced spice mixture makes it easy to make your own tzatziki: mix cottage cheese, yoghurt or créme fraiche with olive oil, chopped onions and cucumbers, then add the seasoning and refrigerate for a short time to allow the spices to develop their best flavours.
Enjoy as a classic appetizer with white bread or as a side dish with grilled meat or vegetables. The dip is especially delicious with baked potatoes or with black olives.
The spice blend can also be used to season any Mediterranean dish.
