The finest balsamic vinegar made from Austrian pears. This fruity Pear Balsamic Vinegar by WIBERG has a balsamic fruity taste balanced with a pleasant sweetness. Old cider pear varieties and several years of ageing in oak barrels result in a vinegar that is a true treat for the palate. Excellent pairing with macadamia nut oil, walnut oil and sunflower oil.
