Description
These large sugar crystals are obtained in a complex process through slow crystallization from a concentrated sugar solution. The sugar gets its yellowish-brown colour through caramelising the sugar solution. Brown rock sugar is perfect for sweetening strong teas, mulled wine, grog and punch or a rum punch.
