Description

Fine plum brandy aged in an oak barrels gives this chocolate creation a special buzz!
Stirred into a chocolate ganache made from milk chocolate and dark chocolate refined with homemade plum puree, the result is a delicious filling full of amazing flavours.
The fine filling is wrapped in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content - a pleasantly biter taste that harmonises perfectly with the sweet, fruity filling.
