Description

This vegan drinking chocolate from Zotter is made with oat drink instead of cow's milk and has an impressive 60% cocoa content. The oat drink lends a subtle sweet taste and it contains no added sugar. Aromatic orange oil adds a fine fruity flavour to the drinking chocolate.

Preparation methods:

Mixed:
Add one bar of drinking chocolate to 200-300 ml hot milk or a vegan drink. Blend with an immersion blender or stand mixer and enjoy!

Stirred:
Heat 200-300 ml milk or a vegan drink and froth it. Allow the bar to soak in it for 1-2 minutes. Whisk and let it rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy!

Tip:
After preparing the drinking chocolate, you can also refrigerate it and serve it chilled with ice cubes.
