Zotter Schokoladen Organic Nashido Red Wine

These extraordinary bars have a very special filling that's made of dark currant couverture and the finest red wine cream. The blackcurrant couverture gives the chocolate a fruity accent and a very seductive flavour. The cream is refined with Bela Rex wine by the Weingut Gesellmann vineyard. It's a classic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The ganache is coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
