The scent of the Emmentaler is reminiscent of pineapple, honey, almond and nutmeg. The youthful freshness continues on the palate with aromas of buttermilk, pineapple and boiled potatoes. Made from 100% hay milk.

Absolute fat: 30%
Consumption temperature: 10 - 15°C (take out of the refrigerator at least 2 hours before consumption)
